We'll send you a Master Services Agreement to review — it covers services, pricing, data protection and your rights as a client. It's straightforward, and most people are ready to proceed the same day. We get your branding uploaded and then you can submit your first matter.
Yes — an active Will Writer Pro licence is a prerequisite. If you're new to the platform, the Factory is a great way to handle production while you build your familiarity with the software. If you're not yet a subscriber, contact us and we can point you in the right direction.
Within one working day, and usually much faster. You'll receive an automated confirmation when you submit this form, and a member of the team will follow up personally.
Typically yes, once your account and branding are set up. If you have an urgent matter, tell us when you make contact and we'll prioritise getting you onboarded.
That's fine. There is no minimum volume. Some consultants use the Factory for every matter; others use it only for the ones they're too busy to handle themselves that week. Either way, you pay only for what you submit.
